What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unused items within 30 days of the shipment arrival. Returns are accepted if returned within 30 days of receipt (for local and international orders) in exchange for Gin & Jacqie Store Credit only.
How do I begin the return process?
If you want to return an item for your order, please e-mail us at email@example.com to let us know what you want to return. If you can let us know why you want to return the items that would be awesome so that we can work on addressing the issues that caused the return. We will then respond to you with our return address. If you can also include your Order Number in your return shipment that would be awesome too!
We are committed to making sure you love and are satisfied with the products you receive. We accept exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of the shipment arrival. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to start your exchange process.
How do I begin the exchange process?
If you want to process an exchange please e-mail us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Product(s) you are shipping back to us
- Product(s) (with the style/colour information, if applicable) you want to exchange for.
We will then respond to you with an exchange confirmation notifying you that we have reserved the item for you and, if applicable, we will also ask for an additional payment if there is a price difference between the products being exchanged for. However, if a refund is due we will let you know the refund amount too!
Also, our exchange shipment to you will be completely free of shipping cost for Malaysia orders. Shipping fee for sending products back to us will be at the customer's cost.
Once we receive your return package we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your return package. As soon as our team reviews the package we will ship out your exchange shipment and send you an e-mail.
