In conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, GIN & JACQIE is hosting a bag designing competition to help to promote breast cancer awareness among the youth of Kuching!

• All submitted designs/products will be posted online for public voting via Instagram
• The 10 designs/products with the most votes will be shortlisted for final judging
• Judges will then select the Top 3 designs as winners
• All submitted designs/products belong to GIN & JACQIE, and will be auctioned off (100% of the sales proceeds will be given to the Sarawak Breast Cancer Support Group to aid them in creating and promoting awareness on breast cancer treatment and prevention methods)

The Challenge

All participants must fulfill these design criteria:

• Creatively incorporate the signature “pink ribbon” onto the black tote given
• The colours, shape and placement of the “pink ribbon” can be manipulated as the designer sees fit. However, do note that the color of the ribbon must remain PINK
• The design should represent the designer’s take on the issue of breast cancer, or help promote breast cancer awareness
• The black tote bag can be upcycled, restructured, remade, or recreated into a new product all together

Note: All participants must submit their finished product by 2 October 2017. Students can submit their entries at their respective University or College drop-off points. Non-students can submit their entries directly to the GIN & JACQIE office (62, Upper China Street, 93000 Kuching, Sarawak). Late entries will not be entertained.

GIN & JACQIE PRIVACY POLICY

All Personal Information that may identify a visitor and has been collected with the visitor’s consent by the Organizer is not disclosed in any identifiable form to any other party outside the company except for the fulfillment of the specific purpose identified to the visitor at the time of collection, or as may be required by law.
The Organizer may disclose such information in anonymous, aggregated and non-personally identifiable form to other parties for marketing, advertising or other purposes and to better understand visitor’s use of the Website.

Visitors should exercise caution when they disclose personally Personal Information in comments to blog sites, on bulletin boards or chat rooms on the Website or any other online page or forum. Such areas are accessible by anyone and may result in the visitor receiving unsolicited messages from other people and/or companies. Although the Organizer is committed to protecting the Personal Information provided to it by its visitors in compliance with this Privacy Policy, it cannot guarantee the security of information, whether personal or otherwise, that visitors disclose online to publicly accessible bulletin boards or chat rooms.
