Easy Hair Clip DIY

For this week's edition of easy peasy DIYs, we blinged up a pair of plain hair clips with some colourful pom poms and star sequins! Oh, did you know that the type of hair clips we used (pictures below) are called claw clips? You learn something new every day! Here are the materials you'll need to get started. Materials: Inexpensive hair clips. A solid colour would be best for this DIY. Decorative items (we used pom poms and sequins) Hot glue gun (optional) Super glue, or any other adhesive you already have For the first hair clip, using the hot glue gun, we stuck tiny pom poms along the straight edge of the claw clip. Cute & Kid-Friendly Keychain DIY!

For this week's DIY project, we'll be making some super adorbs keychain figurines from wooden beads! This project is totally kid-friendly and kid-safe, so if you need a weekend activity for the little munchkins, you're all set! Say it with a Stencil: Initials DIY

For today, we're going to make an easy breezy DIY to kick off the weekend! It's perfect as a quirky art piece to hang up in your home; framed or plain, you can even have the kids do their own initials for their bedroom door. Let's get started! Materials: Art paper. We used a slightly thicker paper so that the paint wouldn't bleed or leak through. Stone Photo Holders - DIY Tutorial

Hi, fellow crafters! For this week's edition of DIY Friday, we're making some adorable photo holders from small stones! Bonus: this craft is totally kid-friendly, so we definitely recommend it for a weekend project with your little munchkins. Here's what you'll need to get started: Materials: Stones/pebbles (we suggest ones with a nice flat bottom) Acrylic paint Paint brush Small gauge wire Needle-nose pliers Cutter pliers First things first, make sure the stones are nice and clean.
