CHANGE IN MIND RETURNS
Products purchased from www.ginjacqie.com come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If the bag you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs. There is a USD$10.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items which are returned without original swing tags, missing bag componentry, removed or damaged external original packaging.
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
The 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to bulk orders. Specific guarantees will be stated at the time of enquiry for bulk orders.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges are to be processed as a change of mind return. If you would like to exchange for a different bag please place a new order for your new bag of choice and return the previous ordered bag to gin & Jacqie™ at the relevant outlet/location for a refund.

When You Receive Your Order
We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact gin & Jacqie™ at the relevant outlet and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.
